The suspect was arrested on July 11βOn July 11 at approximately 7:00 a.m., a homeowner called to report that he observed a male prowling around his property and residence on his surveillance cameras. The surveillance footage captured the suspect disabling all of the cameras and provided a clear description of his appearance. As the responding deputy arrived in the area, he observed a male matching the suspect's description and initiated an investigation. After speaking with the suspect, the deputy established probable cause for his arrest. During a search incident to arrest, burglary tools were found inside the suspect's bag. The 32-year-old male was booked into jail for residential burglary and possession of burglary tools.β
