Tacoma Police Pursue Speeding Vehicle

On August 7, a Pierce County deputy spotted a vehicle traveling over 80 mph with its lights blacked out on 224th St. E in Spanaway. The driver accelerated to over 100 mph during a pursuit, causing the vehicle to crash into a light pole after stop sticks were deployed.
